Dr. Gwyneth Blattau Gay, MD

The Rejuvenate Rx team stands on a foundation of hospitality, knowledge, and experience, “We want our patients to be treated as we want to be treated; with kindness, wisdom and great value."
She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1999. She completed her internship at the University of Maryland Medical Center then served her residency in internal medicine at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Gwyn completed board certification in internal medicine in 2002. She went on to partner at Calvert Internal Medicine Group in Maryland where she spent a lot of time treating skin conditions. While at Calvert Internal Medicine, she also served the team at Solomons Nursing Center as Medical Director until late 2011. Once she decided to pursue skincare, she completed a preceptorship in esthetics and skin care at Plastic Surgery of Southern Maryland in Prince Frederick, Maryland, then moved to Washington State.
Amanda DeLange
CLINIC MANAGER
Amanda was born in California and raised here in Spokane. She joined Rejuvenate in 2015 and has been an integral part of the day-to-day functions here. Her passion for patient care and knowledge makes everybody feel welcomed and comfortable in our clinic.
“Rejuvenate was a completely different place when I first started my career here compared to what it is now. It was a small, but rapidly growing business. The vision and the execution were just meeting, and I have loved being a part of the changes and growth over the years. We have the world’s best patients and our team is truly a family. Every day our clinic is filled with laughter, some happy tears from amazing transformations, and positivity. Being able to be passionate about what we do means work never feels like work.”
Outside of the clinic, Amanda married her soul connection, Chris, in a private ceremony for two. She is a stepmom to two amazing boys and they have three dogs to keep them busy. She has a passion for cooking and finding new recipes, reading, Pilates and binge-watching all the reality tv.

By trade, CFO, Christopher Gay is a Flight Test Engineer for the Navy… so it makes sense he’s an entrepreneur, managing all the checks and balances of developing and growing a business. He’s written the test plans, created flight profiles, led the test flights and the teams. He may now speak a different lingo in the medical world, but that attention to detail and safety means outstanding medical care for you at Rejuvenate Rx.
They’re pleased to be living near Chris’ family after so many years on the East Coast. The Gay’s daughters get to care for the animals on the farm and enjoy more time as a family. “That’s one of many great opportunities we have by running our own clinic. Your family is treated like our family. Dr. Gwyn is effective because of her comforting bedside manner and expertise in her field.”
Chanel Winters
MASTER BODY TECHNICIAN
Chanel was born and raised in Spokane, and will probably always call it her home! She graduated from EWU in 2019 with a degree in Public Health. Shortly after, she joined us here at Rejuvenate. In her time here, she has furthered her passion for patient satisfaction, all things beauty, and the power of skincare.
“Rejuvenate has really been a life-changing experience for me. I graduated with a different career path in mind, but totally fell in love with the beauty of aesthetic medicine. It is everything and more I could want in a career. I absolutely love the sight of a bustling clinic, smiling patients, and the feeling at the end of a day working hard for every person who walks through our doors. Not only do I get to interact with amazing patients all day, I watch confidence transformations firsthand while being surrounded by the greatest team!”
During her time outside of the clinic, Chanel likes to be with her boyfriend, dog, friends and family eating yummy food, watching movies, and traveling. She’s always ready to have a fun time whether it’s camping, game night, making dinner, or a night out.

Hello, I'm Alina, your devoted Master Esthetician, on a mission to bring out the best in your skin. My journey in the skincare world began in the luxurious realm of spas, where I immersed myself in the art of pampering and rejuvenation.
It was during a brief stint with a plastic surgery group that I discovered the transformative potential of skincare. Balancing work and studies, I dedicated myself to earning my Master Esthetician certification at Glen Dow Academy, where I honed my skills and expanded my knowledge.
My personal connection with skincare goes beyond the professional realm. I vividly remember the moment when my skin underwent a remarkable transformation with Skinceuticals CE Ferulic; a pivotal experience that ignited a passion within me and I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others.
As your skincare companion, I bring not only technical expertise but also a genuine understanding of the emotional journey that comes with caring for your skin. I believe in the power of self-care and the confidence that comes from healthy, radiant skin. In our sessions, it's not just about treatments; it's about a personalized experience crafted for you. Bailey Sinsel
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Bailey joined the Rejuvenate Rx family in 2021, bringing with her almost a decade of customer-service experience, and over four years in healthcare and patient management. She has always had a desire to help others, and here she gets to apply that desire daily in helping patients achieve their esthetic goals.
“Rejuvenate Rx is a place where both my passions for patient care and aesthetics are able to be fulfilled. Getting to be part of our patient’s journeys through the world of esthetic medicine is so rewarding; watching them transform both physically and emotionally and become more confident in themselves. Beyond the incredible patients, I get to work every day with the most uplifting, empowering, and loving team. I could not be more thankful for them and the wonderful environment they create for our staff and patients alike.”
While not in the office, Bailey certainly has her hands full! She has been married to her husband, Matt, since 2018, and they have welcomed two beautiful children into their family, in addition to two dogs! In the little free time she has, she likes to craft, play volleyball, and cheer on her husband in demolition derbies (or do one herself)!
Elizabeth Richardson

Elizabeth was born in Hayward, CA but grew up primarily in Spokane, WA. After marrying her husband August in 2013, they welcomed their son Octavius to the world! Besides being a devoted mother and wife, Elizabeth's passions have led her right to Rejuvenate's doors. She values knowledge, kindness and hard work and believes strongly that skin care is self-care and that every person deserves to be the best version of themselves.

When outside of the clinic, Elizabeth loves all things outdoors; like Kayaking, snowboarding, hiking and enjoying it all with her family and those she loves.
